TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotion Period
- The “Selamat Hari Merdeka” Promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 25 August 2026, 12:01 a.m. (MYT) to 17 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. (MYT) (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to new and existing Airo users, aged 18 and above.
Qualifying Deposit
- Participants must make a minimum deposit of RM300 into a Smart Cash portfolio during the Promotion Period, with the designated promotional code applied at the time of deposit.
Cash Reward
- The cash reward tier is determined based on the Participant’s qualifying deposit amount during the Promotion Period.
- Each Participant is entitled to receive one (1) cash reward only under this Promotion.
- Cash rewards under this Promotion are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to a limited reward allocation determined by Airo.
Commitment Period
- The qualifying deposit must be maintained in full for two (2) months, commencing 18 September 2026 and ending 17 November 2026 (the “Commitment Period”).
- Cash reward will be credited to the same Airo portfolio within 3–5 business days after the end of the Commitment Period.
- Withdrawals of the qualifying deposit are not permitted during the Commitment Period. If a Participant withdraws the qualifying deposit in whole or in part during the Commitment Period, the reward will be forfeited.
General
- Airo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice to Participants where practicable.
Personal Data
- By participating in this Promotion, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by Airo for the purposes of administering this Promotion, in accordance with Airo’s Privacy Policy (available at airo.my/privacy-policy/) and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
