Airo Malaysia - Promotions - CP Global Fintech Solutions

To ensure that Airo’s Islamic portfolios are Shariah-compliant at all times, CP Global Fintech Solutions has engaged Tawafuq Consultancy (an entity registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia) as its exclusive Shariah advisor.

This engagement ensures that the underlying investments are consistently aligned with Islamic principles, in adherence to strict guidelines and that investments are made in socially responsible and ethically sound entities. Extending beyond a focus on financial returns, this collaborative effort also re-emphasises the importance of sustainable investment.

1. Promotion Period: Airo’s ‘Shariah Portfolio’ RM 10 Grab Voucher Promotion (hereafter referred to as "Promotion") is valid from 19 MAR 2024, 00:01 (MYT) to 2 APR 2024, 23:59 (MYT) (hereafter referred to as "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to both new and existing users of Airo (hereafter referred to as "Participants").

3. Qualifying Deposit: To be eligible for the RM 10 Grab Voucher (hereafter referred to as "Voucher"), Participants must successfully fund a minimum deposit of RM 300 into any Airo Shariah-compliant portfolio during the Promotion Period.

4. Voucher Limit: The Voucher is limited to one (1) per Participant regardless of the total amount deposited beyond the minimum requirement.

5. Voucher Delivery: Vouchers will be sent to the Participant’s registered email within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends. Participants must ensure their registered email is valid and accessible.

6. Usage of Voucher: The Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set by Grab Malaysia. It is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other types of credit.

7. Participant's Account: Participants’ Airo accounts must be active and in good standing during the Promotion Period and at the time of Voucher distribution. Accounts that are closed before the distribution of the Voucher will be ineligible.

8. Anti-Fraud: If any fraudulent activity is detected or suspected by Airo, CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify the Participant from the Promotion and any future promotions.

9. Amendments: CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, amend, withdraw, or extend the Promotion without prior notice.

10. Disputes: In the event of any dispute, CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd.’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

11. Data Protection: By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. for the purposes of the Promotion.

12. Liability: CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or expense as a result of any event outside of our control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

13. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
