Airo Malaysia - Promotions - CP Global Fintech Solutions

1. Promotion Period: Airo’s Christmas Promotion (hereafter referred to as "Promotion") is valid from 11 DEC 2024, 00:01 (MYT) to 31 DEC 2024, 23:59 (MYT) (hereafter referred to as "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to both new and existing users of Airo (hereafter referred to as "Participants"). It applies only to the first deposit of a new portfolio. This is open to newly created portfolios only.

3. Qualifying Deposit: To qualify for the 3, 6 & 12 month Management Fee Waiver (hereafter referred to as "Benefit"), Participants must successfully deposit a minimum of RM300 into any Airo portfolio during the Promotion Period. The Benefit will commence on the first day of the next month following the portfolio activation, and will end on the last day of the final Benefit month. Benefit month will commence from January 2025 and end in accordance with the time frame of the chosen promo code.

4. Usage of Promo Code: This Promotion is not applicable to portfolios that are already receiving a management fee waiver.

5. Participant's Account: Participants' Airo accounts must remain active during the Promotion Period. Full withdrawals are restricted during the Benefit Period.

6. Anti-Fraud: If any fraudulent activity is detected or suspected by Airo, CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify the Participant from the Promotion and any future promotions.

7. Amendments: CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, amend, withdraw, or extend the Promotion without prior notice.

8. Disputes: In the event of any dispute, CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd.’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

9. Data Protection: By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. for the purposes of the Promotion.

10. Liability: CP Global Fintech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or expense as a result of any event outside of our control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

11. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. Withdrawal: Participants cannot perform a full withdrawal of the deposited amount until the (‘Benefit’) period corresponding to their promo code has ended. The benefit period consists of either 3, 6 or 12 months.
